Michael is a senior at St. Andrew's College in Aurora, Ontario. A well-rounded student, Michael excels academically and is actively involved in a wide range of extracurriculars, including the Model UN, public speaking, chess, and capital markets clubs, and athletics, namely the cross-country and varsity squash teams. With a passion for finance that traces back to playing Monopoly as a child, Michael has cultivated his investing knowledge through years of reading, finance courses, financial model development, and managing his intrinsic value stock portfolio.

In the summer of 2021, Michael founded the Investment Workshop for Teens to help younger students avoid the pains he faced when first trying to understand the different philosophies, jargon, and countless metrics used in the investing world. The program focuses on providing a broad introduction to investing while also helping students take the first step in applying the principles of intrinsic value investing to real-world companies.
